Jenkintown, Pennsylvania (June 8, 2016) – Leslie Voth, president and chief executive officer of Pitcairn, a leading family office, was once again named to Private Asset Management’s list of “The 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth.” Voth was featured in the June issue of PAM.
This is the third time in the past two years that Voth has been honored as an influential woman in the wealth management industry. In addition to appearing on PAM’s “Top 50” list in 2015, she received the top honor for “Women in Wealth Management” for her individual contributions to the industry from Family Wealth Report in 2014.
PAM selected Voth for her leadership of Pitcairn, which she has navigated through a major cultural transition by developing a team that is diversified not only by generation and professional discipline, but by gender as well. Specifically, she has helped grow and mentor the firm’s next generation of leaders with a collaborative leadership style that makes her both accessible and a role model to younger colleagues.
This year’s “Top 50” list, which saw a record number of nominations made, includes women who have made a positive impact in the fast-growing and highly competitive private wealth arena. PAM chose the 50 women based on a combination of peer recommendations; the level of responsibility they hold within their firm; their outstanding achievements; and the significant impact they have had on the industry, be it through public speaking, industry-recognized awards, or actively encouraging the progress of women in the private wealth industry. The list was compiled from both reader nominations and votes from PAM’s judging panel.
