This company-wide, philanthropic effort formalizes Pitcairn’s support of giving back to its extended community.
#PitcairnGivesBack is an employee-led initiative. “Philanthropy is a core value of our firm. I am proud of our team for spearheading this effort and identifying it as an integral role that focuses on enhancing our employee experience,” says President and Chief Executive Officer Leslie Voth.Volunteer organizations and events are selected by Pitcairn employees. Anyone can participate through hands-on activities, donations, or other measures. Most recently, Pitcairn employees took part in supporting the Philabundance seasonal gleaning program, which connects volunteers and neighbors facing hunger in the Delaware Valley with the local agricultural community.
