Human Resource Manager
Christina L. Pastor is Pitcairn’s Human Resource Manager. Christina oversees all human resource services, policies and programs for the benefit of Pitcairn employees in support of company goals. She is responsible for organizational planning across all departments, company recruiting and staffing, overseeing the payroll process, coordinating outside service vendors, and managing all office locations. Additionally, Christina manages the administration of all employee benefit programs and maintains and supports employee relations.
Christina has been with Pitcairn for over 20 years. She joined the company as an Administrative Assistant and has held a number of roles in the corporate services and human resource departments, most recently she served as Human Resource Supervisor, before assuming her current role in 2008.
Prior to joining Pitcairn in 1993, Christina was an Administrative Assistant and Collections Manager at Commonwealth Real Estate Company in Philadelphia.
Christina is a designated Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CPSM). She is a Certified Notary Public and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
