The Market is Not Pricing In Some Macroeconomic Risks

October 10, 2023 - Equity markets were quite weak in September. One of the big reasons is that markets continue to be under pressure with higher interest rates. Chief Global Strategist Rick Pitcairn explains further in this month’s Market in 5 Charts. “We feel like this weakness in the markets has a way to go before it's completely washed out,” he says. “There's a lot of uncertainties in the markets right now, and I think the market needs to get clear on those before it can find some footing and stage any kind of a rally.”
