Pitcairn Named One of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2018

Jenkintown, Pennsylvania (November 30, 2018) – Pitcairn, the leading family office specializing in helping ultra-high net worth families navigate the challenges and opportunities created by the interplay of family and financial dynamics, announced today it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2018. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania. Pitcairn was recognized and ranked 9 out of 100 at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

“We’ve worked hard to create a culture where our team loves where they work and provide the best possible outcomes to the families we serve,” said CEO & President Leslie Voth. “What makes this particular recognition so gratifying is that it’s  based in large part on employee feedback. Knowing our employees value our family-centric approach is tremendously rewarding.”

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part of this process was evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience in eight core focus areas, including Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Work Environment, Training, Development and Resources and Overall Engagement.
