Dorothy MatthewsClient Service Administrator
Dorsie serves as a Client Service Administrator where she ensures the efficient administration and organization of Pitcairn’s New York office. Dorsie is a point person for clients and addresses their daily needs. She is responsible for updating client information within Pitcairn’s database and maintaining client document files. She works closely with the Wealth Management, Fiduciary Services, and Operations teams to provide timely, efficient service to client families.
Prior to joining Pitcairn, Dorsie provided administrative support for Shelterwood Financial Services, working across the Client Service, Investment, and Operations teams. Dorsie has nearly 20 years of experience, having served in an administrative capacity at both Comverge, Inc. and Aspen Technology, Inc.
Dorsie earned her Associates degree from County College of Morris.
Dorsie is passionate about volunteering her time for charitable organizations linked to cancer awareness as well as participating in fundraising and events sponsored for those inflicted with cancer and their families. Her resourcefulness and genuine concern for others has brought much comfort to those whose paths she has crossed. A native New Yorker, Dorsie is an avid walker and loves spending time by the water.
