Client Service Associate

Margaret Gaffner

As a member of the Family Office Team, Margie serves as a point person for clients, addressing their daily needs. She is responsible for supporting and enhancing client relationships to ensure each receives a personalized, customized Pitcairn experience.

She also plays a key role in helping new clients transition to Pitcairn. Margie works closely with the Wealth Management, Fiduciary Services, and Operations teams to ensure client transactions are executed accurately and efficiently. She also acts as a liaison to the custodian, Pitcairn’s internal Operations, IT, and Tax departments, and corresponds with external advisors.

Throughout her career, she has provided administrative and organizational support to owners and senior executives at companies in diverse sectors, including private equity, global logistics, academia, and hospitality.

Margie earned a BS in Business Administration from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA.

Vacations top the list of things Margie would like to do more of in 2022. For her, getting away usually involves being out in the fresh air – kayaking, biking, or other outdoor activities. Her favorite vacation memory is being in Hawaii and riding in the back of a pick-up truck on the way to the famous Green Sand Beach. Closer to home, Margie spends her free time coaching baseball for children with special needs.
