Megan Shabe

Human Resources Coordinator

Megan is a certified Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) professional responsible for the coordination and creative support of all HR initiatives. In this role, Megan serves as the Professional Employer Services (PEO) Administrator with ADP TotalSource PEO for the accurate completion of payroll, HRIS maintenance, and reporting. Additionally, Megan coordinates company recruiting and staffing from the posting of positions to new hire orientation programs. Megan also partners with the Marketing team in the planning and executing of several employee experience events. 

Before joining Pitcairn in 2021, Megan held the position of Engagement Coordinator at Core BTS and Human Resources Coordinator at EducationsWorks. Leading up to her professional career, Megan obtained her B.S. in Clinical Psychology from Kutztown University and her M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology from West Chester University. 

Megan loves to spend her free time with her husband, daughter, and Great Pyrenees.  Given the opportunity, you would likely find her at any local ski mountain if there was snow year-round. Her passions include delicious food, traveling (primarily to ski), hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, and anything Philly sports-related. Megan’s top bucket list item is to visit every national park with her family throughout her life.
