Alisa Takahashi

Alisa is a data analyst with Pitcairn’s CFO Services group, where she works across a wide range of financial and operational data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making. She leverages Excel, Power Tools, and emerging AI capabilities to help organize complex information, improve workflows, and automate processes.

Alisa began her career in public accounting, spending approximately two years as an auditor before joining USQ and, subsequently, Pitcairn. Her background in accounting and audit provides a strong foundation for her work with financial data, while her current role allows her to combine analytical thinking with technology and process improvement.

What Alisa values most about Pitcairn is its people and its culture. She enjoys being part of a close-knit team in San Francisco while also benefiting from the resources and collegiality of a larger organization. She especially appreciates the welcoming and supportive environment she has experienced across the firm.

Outside of work, Alisa describes herself as a “serial hobbyist.” A competitive swimmer growing up, she now enjoys trying new activities, visiting new places, and exploring new foods. Her pursuits have included woodworking, crochet, improv classes, and, most recently, rock climbing. She is also the proud owner of Rocky, her much-loved cat.
