Family Wealth Analyst

Khairi Tahir

Khairi brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to helping our client families navigate the many dimensions of their financial lives.

Khairi is a Family Wealth Analyst on Pitcairn’s Wealth Management team, where he works closely with relationship managers to support the financial planning needs of our ultra-high-net-worth families and single-family office clients. His responsibilities span financial planning, investments, tax, and insurance, including preparing cash flow reports, balance sheets, and wealth projections; supporting asset allocation implementation and monitoring; coordinating tax calculations and payments; and evaluating insurance needs.

Before joining Pitcairn, Khairi was a Registered Retirement Associate at Vanguard, where he guided clients through retirement planning matters, including IRA recharacterizations, Roth conversions, required minimum distributions, and inherited IRAs. He also executed and reconciled securities trades. Earlier in his career, he worked at Cambridge Associates as a Business Development Analyst within the firm’s endowment and foundation practice.

Khairi is particularly drawn to the opportunity to help make complex financial matters more understandable and actionable for families. He values the breadth of his role at Pitcairn and the opportunity to continue building his expertise across the many disciplines involved in managing significant wealth.

Khairi earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Morehouse College. He also holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Outside of work, Khairi enjoys spending time with family, singing, writing music, and traveling. He has a strong interest in learning about different cultures and travels to Senegal annually. For the past three years, he has also been studying Wolof, one of the country’s most widely spoken languages.
