As a manager on Pitcairn’s CFO Services team, Bianca supports the financial administration and reporting of complex family office structures, including domestic and offshore trusts, partnerships, and other family entities. She works closely with trustees, tax and legal advisors, and investment professionals to coordinate entity administration, investment operations, and the implementation of tax and estate planning strategies. Bianca also has a strong interest in using technology and automation to improve processes, enhance reporting, and create efficiencies that better support clients.
Before joining Pitcairn, Bianca served as a Client Accounting Supervisor at Realize CPA, LLP, where she specialized in accounting and financial administration for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families. Her experience includes overseeing complex family office structures, trusts, partnerships, and private foundations, with a focus on financial reporting, tax coordination, and estate planning support. She has also led accounting teams and developed processes to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Bianca is a Certified Public Accountant who earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from the University of San Francisco. She currently serves on The Olympic Club Admissions Committee and previously served on its Finance Committee from 2021 to 2024.
Bianca is a California native who spent part of her childhood in Australia and now calls San Francisco home. Outside of work, she enjoys open-water swimming in the San Francisco Bay, tennis, golf, and traveling, particularly to explore art, architecture, and local culture. She also runs a small beekeeping business and is passionate about supporting native bee populations.
