As Manager of Executive Services & Experience, Christina helps shape the experience of employees, clients, and guests across the firm. Serving as a strategic partner to the Pitcairn’s CEO while supporting the chairman and leadership team, Christina oversees executive services and workplace experience initiatives that reflect the firm’s commitment to professionalism, hospitality, discretion, and excellence. Her role encompasses executive partnership, firmwide event leadership, workplace experience, and operational stewardship, helping ensure that every interaction with Pitcairn is thoughtful, seamless, and aligned with the firm’s culture and values.
Christina brings more than 20 years of leadership experience supporting executive teams, managing complex operations, and delivering exceptional experiences in high-profile, mission-driven organizations. Before joining Pitcairn, she spent 18 years at the National Constitution Center, where she most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Deputy COO. In that role, she managed executive priorities, coordinated board governance, led special projects, and oversaw the execution of more than 500 events annually, including nationally recognized programs and private convenings for trustees, donors, public officials, and other distinguished guests. Earlier in her career at the National Constitution Center, Christina held leadership positions in institutional relations, board relations, and major gifts. She also managed the office of a civic leader and philanthropist and served as Deputy Director of Finance for U.S. Senate candidate Joseph Torsella.
Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from American University and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women.
She was drawn to Pitcairn by the opportunity to help define the firm’s culture through meaningful experiences. Whether welcoming families to a Pitcairn office, preparing executive leadership for key meetings, coordinating leadership retreats, mentoring Workplace Experience Coordinators, or leading firmwide events, Christina is passionate about creating environments where clients, colleagues, and partners feel valued and cared for.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and their four sons, often cheering them on at their sporting events. A former national-level gymnast, she remains passionate about athletics and is a lifelong learner with a particular interest in World War II history, inspired by her grandfather’s military service. She also looks forward to traveling more and one day becoming fluent in Italian.
