Manager, CFO Services
Joshua Kramer
CPA, CIPMJosh provides oversight and management of accounting and reporting services to our family office clients.
As a manager in Pitcairn’s CFO Services group, Josh works closely with our client service teams and external advisors to provide integrated accounting and reporting services to our ultra-high-net-worth client families. Drawing on his deep expertise in investment performance and financial operations, Josh supports the daily financial management of family enterprises and contributes his insights during client meetings.
Before joining Pitcairn, Josh served as an audit director at Kreischer Miller, where he led assurance engagements for clients across the investment industry, including family offices, broker-dealers, investment managers, and private funds. He also specialized in Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) compliance and performance measurement verification.
Josh is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Temple University, graduating summa cum laude. He is an active member of the CFA Institute, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. In recognition of his contributions to the profession, he received the Temple University Fox School of Business Rising Star Award in 2022.
Josh lives in Conshohocken with his wife, Katherine, and their two cats. In his free time, he enjoys working out, running along the Schuylkill River Trail, and traveling the world in search of new foods, cultures, and adventures.
