McKenna Shanahan-Poling

As the Client Service Associate & Experience Coordinator in our Baltimore office, McKenna supports Pitcairn's Wealth Management and Hospitality teams in delivering an exceptional client experience.

In her role, she focuses on providing personalized, high-touch service while partnering closely with advisory and operations teams to help ensure client transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of care.

Prior to joining Pitcairn, McKenna built a successful career in event planning and hospitality, specializing in creating seamless and memorable experiences for a diverse range of clients. Her professional background includes serving as an event services manager at Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre, a wedding planner at Belvedere & Co Events, and a virtual events & operations specialist at Designing Events. Across six years in the industry, she developed expertise in event coordination, client service, operations management, and relationship-building, earning a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

McKenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Towson University.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time hiking with her husband and dogs, or relaxing in her reading room with a good book on a rainy day.
