Olga Klos

She responsible for delivering the Pitcairn Experience through interaction with clients, guests, and employees by providing personalized and anticipatory services that ensure the work environment is warm and inviting. Additionally, Olga supports the Pitcairn events team on internal and external meetings and conferences.

Before joining Pitcairn, Olga served as the Employee Services Specialist at Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Her responsibilities included creating and managing on site employee convenience services and perks that helped promote a an exceptional work environment and increase work-life satisfaction.

Olga received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Outside of work, Olga enjoys cooking on the weekends with her family and friends and looks forward to the growing lots of organic veggies and herbs each year in their raised garden beds.
