With a strong background in legal administration, audit preparation, and financial reporting, Stacie brings a compliance-focused mindset and deep understanding of regulatory documentation and recordkeeping to her role as SEC Compliance Analyst. At Pitcairn, she ensures the firm adheres to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations by supporting regulatory filings, monitoring changes in federal securities laws, and aligning internal policies and procedures with compliance requirements.
Before joining Pitcairn, Stacie held key administrative and accounting roles at Transamerica and the University of Maryland, where she supported litigation, health, life, and tax matters. She has experience coordinating discovery preparation, managing licensing for over 80 branch offices, and working with platforms such as Counsel Link, Tableau, and Ariba. Her regulatory expertise encompasses state product and amendment filings, as well as SOX compliance reporting.
Stacie has an associate’s degree in business administration from Strayer University. She has earned several industry credentials, including the Fellow and Associate designations from the Life Management Institute (FLMI and ALMI), as well as the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designation. Excited to grow her career in the financial services industry, Stacie is inspired by Pitcairn’s collaborative culture and mission-driven values.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling—especially to the beach—attending youth sports events as a dedicated sports mom, and exploring museums, art galleries, and festivals in her community.
