As Chief Knowledge and Learning Officer at Pitcairn, Amy empowers wealthy families through education while pioneering research and best practices that elevate the role of advisors to one of true partnership.
Amy runs Pitcairn's Gen7 Project, the firm's thought leadership and learning lab providing unique resources, actionable content, and educational tools to families undergoing major wealth transitions. She has an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Colgate University. She hold the designation of certified financial planner™ and is a Certified Family Business Advisor.
Dennis Jaffe, Ph.D
Dennis T. Jaffe, Ph.D., Senior Research Fellow at Banyan Global Family Enterprise Consulting, is a San Francisco-based advisor to families about family business, governance, wealth, and philanthropy. The author of several books, Dennis is also a research associate at Wise Counsel Research, where he leads their 100-Year Family Enterprise Research Program.
He is a Family Business Fellow at the Smith Family Business Program at Cornell University, a faculty advisor at the Ultra High Net Worth Institute, a regular contributor to Forbes Leadership channel, reporting on family cross-generational family business and wealth, and a professional member of STEP, Society for Trust and Estate Planners.
