A key member of Pitcairn’s CFO Services Team, Dan is responsible for coordinating a wide range of financial services for single family offices and clients with complex wealth structures.

Dan collaborates with Pitcairn’s Wealth Management, Investment, Tax, Fiduciary Services, and Operations teams, as well as third party client advisers to deliver the full financial picture to client families and key decision makers.

In managing Pitcairn’s SFO team, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day operation of several single family offices, primarily focusing on providing specialized accounting services including general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, cash management and investment monitoring, and other customized reporting to single family office clients and their advisers. In addition, Dan is the team leader of Pitcairn’s Transition Team, overseeing all aspects of the new client onboarding process and leading the implementation of transition plans to ensure an efficient and seamless client and employee experience.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Dan served as Family Office Accountant, and was responsible for providing partnership accounting for client entities and delivering custom reporting for family office clients. Dan also served as Personal Financial Analyst performing accounting and financial analysis for clients in areas of comprehensive financial planning. Before joining Pitcairn in 2011, Dan worked as an Investment Accountant at Legion Insurance Company. He was responsible for accounting functions related to the company’s investment portfolio, cash flow reporting, and assisting with state audits.

Dan received a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance from Villanova University and holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

In his free time, Dan can be found biking on the Perkiomen Trail, cheering on the Villanova Wildcats men’s basketball team, and making memories with his wife, dog, and three children.
