Managing Director, Relationship Manager
Jocelyn Schwartz
JD, LLM, CFP®, CFT™, CEPA®Jocelyn has extensive expertise in developing and implementing bespoke estate and financial planning solutions to help ensure client assets are preserved and strategically transferred across generations.
She works with families to develop customized investment, tax, and estate planning strategies, and integrates those strategies within the clients’ broader financial and family structure to support their short-term and long-term goals. Jocelyn also collaborates with members of Pitcairn’s Tax, Investments, Planning, Trust Administration, and Operations teams to design and implement appropriate investment strategies and financial, insurance, and estate plans. She has over 20 years of experience navigating the complex landscape of wealth management on behalf of ultra-high-net-worth, multi-generational families.
Prior to joining Pitcairn, Jocelyn was a Principal Senior Advisor with Wescott Financial Advisory Group, LLC. in Philadelphia. In this role, she focused on comprehensive financial planning for HNW families and provided leadership within multiple advisory teams. Before moving back to the Philadelphia area, she was a Director within the Private Client Group at SCS Financial in Boston, MA and prior to that, was a Senior Financial Planning Advisor at Pillar Financial Advisors in Waltham, MA (now Argent Wealth Management).
Within the professional community, Jocelyn is a proud member of 100 Women in Finance, a global organization committed to gender equity in finance through the promotion of diversity, raising visibility and empowering women to find their personal path to success.
With her Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in taxation she brings a unique perspective and legal acumen to her clients’ intricate planning needs. Jocelyn holds the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and has an NASAA Series 65 License. She also is a Certified Financial Therapist (CFT™) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) who brings her considerable expertise and experience to help our clients navigate transitions with confidence. She is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Counsel.
Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys time with her family and hikes with her Bernadoodle, Maggie. Her dream is to one day have an animal rescue farm.
